I have always been curious about finding harmony and balance within myself and in the world around me. As a student of science, art, and life in general, one concept that resonates deeply with me is the idea of Yin and Yang. Represented by the iconic symbol of the black and white swirling shapes, this ancient philosophy speaks to the idea that all things exist in a state of dynamic balance, with the opposing forces of light and dark, ebb and flow, constantly interacting and influencing one another. I have been on a personal journey to better understand this concept for the past few years, and through my experiences and interactions with different people, communities, and circumstances, I have come to appreciate the depth and complexity of this idea.
